Your order will be processed within the next 48 hours. Please note orders received after 2pm (GMT) on Fridays will not be processed until Monday. Some items such as Kilts and Plaids are made to order and may take longer, please e-mail us for confirmation of dispatch. (ESTIMATED) Delivery times in the UK 3-7 days, for Europe 7-12 days, USA & Canada 10-14 days, rest of World 10-18 days. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All overseas delieveries are by recorded Airmail or UPS as requested by the customer and are required to be signed for on arrival. The cost of postage and packing may vary per item and final destination. The cost calculated are weight and or size related. If at the time of delivery, the recipient of the ordered goods is not available, the goods will probably be taken back to the local postal distribution centre, and you may need to collect. We have often established that local postal/distribution centres do not always alert the would be recipient of attempted delivery. If your goods have not arrived whithin the expected time period, please do check with your local postal/distribution center first. In an unlikely event if the parcel is suspected to be missing, please contact us by all means. However we can not be held responsible for loss or damage of goods in transit. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ITEMS ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER WHO PROVIDES HIS OR HER STATED “SIZE”, WILL BE DISPATCHED ACCORDINGLY. IF IT THEN TRANSPIRES THAT THE ORDERED SIZE IS INCORRECT AND THE ITEM ILFITTING WE WILL GLADLY REPLACE THE ITEM, IF NOT DAMAGED, BUT THE CUSTOMER WILL BE OBLIGED TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE AND SUBSEQUENT REPPOSTING OF THE NEW ITEM. Delays to specified delivery periods occur during Christmas and bank holidays in Great Britain and other countries around the world. For the month of December due to the large quantity of mail we would expect your order to be delayed by a few days.
